Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you select.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is £12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Areas

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information to understand our policy and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature or for hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Dehumidifiers, Purifiers & Moisture Absorbers
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Item: Send the item to the address provided, ensuring you include the RMA number on the package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
